Our commitment under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562

BkkHealth is a data controller under the PDPA. We process personal data lawfully, for stated purposes only, retain it no longer than necessary and protect it with appropriate security measures.

Consent

At checkout you give explicit consent for us to process your data to fulfil the order. Marketing consent is separate and optional. Consent timestamps are stored with your order.

Retention

Order records are retained for 10 years as required by Thai tax law. Marketing data is deleted on withdrawal of consent.
